    task

    To create a universal cargo tracking tool of the company, transported by the cars of various contracting companies, taking into account the real situation. For example, not all vehicles are equipped with GPS; contractors have their tracking systems, communication means are assigned to drivers, not to cars, the route assumes several unload points for several customers and more. It is necessary to develop a system that could: - offer the best route after entering the delivery addresses; - show in real time at any time of day the location of each car, which currently carries the load of the company; - calculate and display the approximate time of arrival of the car for each place of unloading; - show the history of the movement of each car (at least within a week); - access to the limited functionality of the system of representatives of the company's customers; - reporting on all routes, for transport companies, for individual cars, etc.

    The decision to optimise logistics, providing data collection from different software complexes into a single system, displaying all traffic in real time in a single interface, scheduling routes in a single window, generating summary reports on all carriers, monitoring violations and forecasting failures in delivery terms. The system provides offices for 3 types of counterparties: the personal office of the sender of the goods, the personal office of the consignee and the personal office of the carrier. After the order is formed and its entry into the system, the carrier looks for a variant that fully corresponds to the order, puts the car on the route and the system tracks its movement. At the end of the route, the system automatically turns off the car display in the interface.

    task

    A structured database of documents is formed on the customer's internal portal. It is necessary to simplify the interaction of employees, primary lawyers, with the base, by creating a bot (Telegram or web) that will respond to users' requests and help in finding the necessary documents.

    The solution using Api.ai allows the user to open a chat-bot dialogue via telegram or web interface, enter a query in an arbitrary form and receive in response a repository of posting all the necessary information on the company's internal portal. The user follows suggested by the bot script to find the required information, using the tree structure logic integrated into the bot in advance.
